SHIPPING POLICY

Carrier
Our preferred method of shipment is Fedex. Our free Shipping option is via Fedex Ground or Fedex Smarpost, and is only available within the continental United States. We also offer Fedex Overnight, Second Day and Express Saver options. The rate will be calculated upon checkout depending of the service and item chosen. For international orders we offer Fedex International Economy, and International Priority. Please keep in mind that all shipping charges are non refundable.

Tracking information
At the time we ship your order, we send you a tracking number via email. Please add info@voguette.com to your address book to prevent any notices from landing on your spam folder.

PO Boxes
At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Order Processing time
We usually process orders within 24-48 business day hours, unless otherwise noted on a specific product. If an item becomes unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you within a 24-48 hour period.

Transit Time
Transit time on our Free Shipping Option is regularly 3-6 business days. (This time does not include holidays or weekends. Please keep in mind, that your order confirmation includes only the estimated transit time, and not the processing time.

Email Address
At the time you place your order, you must provide a valid email address. We might need to contact you to verify address, payment or delivery information, and we will not be responsible if we are unable to reach you.

Partial Shipments
On seldom occasions we might ship your order partially. We will only charge you for the items we ship and notify you immediately when the rest of the order will be shipped.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before we ship by logging in to your account and selecting cancel order, or writing to us at returns@voguette.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties and Taxes
All our orders are “Duty Delivery Unpaid” which means the buyer is responsible for paying ALL customs clearance charges. If a customer refuses to pay duties and accept the package, we will charge the card on file for any unpaid amount. If a customer refuses to accept a package, we will reimburse the purchase amount less the shipping charges when we receive the item back.

Transit Time
Please allow extra time than the pre determined time for your international order to arrive. This is mainly because customs clearance delays do occur from time to time.

Gifts
On occasion we are asked to mark packages as Gifts for customs purposes. We will include a gift receipt in the box, however we mark all transactions as Commercial Sales and we include a commercial invoice stating the value and country of origin of the item purchased.

RETURNS

Here at Voguette.com we pride ourselves in our products. We work with high quality designers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please request a return authorization number and label from us within 14 days of your purchase via returns@voguette.com.

  • We accept unworn, undamaged merchandise with all original tags and labels attached.
  • We do not take any unauthorized returns.
  • We do not take any returns after 14 days.

Free Prepaid Returns
For a Fedex Ground prepaid return shipping label, please write an email to returns@voguette.com with your order number. We will then email you a return label. Please make sure you pack the item carefully as we will not refund any damaged merchandise. You will find instructions in the label on how to schedule a pickup or drop off your package.

International returns
We do not offer free international returns at this time. Please request and RA number to returns@voguette.com from us and insure and track your shipment. You may return your purchase within 14 days and we will credit your account in the original form of payment, less the original shipping charges.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of the day we receive your return. However the credit might take from 7-15 days to appear on you credit card statement. Since all our online orders require credit cards or Paypal as the method of payment, your refund will take the form of a credit back to the same card or Paypal Account used to make the original purchase.
